When using for the first time, please thoroughly remove the previous mold release agent remaining on the mold before use.
Apply evenly using an airbrush or rag. When injection molding
It is best to spray 2-3 times. It is better to apply a low concentration than to apply a high concentration at the same time.
It will be more effective to apply 2-3 layers of concentrated product. Using too much mold release agent causes mold stains
So please use an appropriate amount.
Clean the mold
Simple stains and anti-mildew agents can be removed to some extent by wiping with solvents (toluene, acetone) etc.
If you want to remove it completely, alkaline cleaning will be effective. About 10% potassium soda solution
It is best to soak it in a cleaning solution at a temperature of 60-80°C with a small amount of surfactant added.
