Simple blackening of precision parts that require precision
For a small amount of immersion black dyeing of jigs and tools.
Use diluted 2-3 times with water.
* Do not return the used solution to an unused stock solution and store it separately.
Procedure:
1) Degreasing: Dilute Degrease A solution with water 5-10 times, then soak for 1-5 minutes
2) Wash with water: Rinse again with water
3) Dyeing: Dilute Hi Black-S solution with water 2-3 times and then soak for 1-2 minutes
4) Cleaning: remove the solvent bugs that stick to the surface
5) Long-lasting rust protection: soak the product for 1-2 minutes in ETec-505 or Rusmet . anti-rust solution
